Accepting board member nominations

Did you know Health Plan Members just like you sit on the Sanford Health Plan board of directors? Consumer directors make up a portion of the Plan’s board and are responsible for performing business functions as required by state laws, regulations and accreditation requirements. Consumer directors must be insured by Sanford Health Plan and either be an active employee or a retiree.

Nominated consumer directors will be requested to complete a Board Application Form to be submitted to the board of director’s for review and approval.
