Sanford Health Plan Video Visits make it easy for you to talk to an urgent care provider or behavioral health specialist from the convenience of your desktop, tablet, or mobile device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply sign up and login to connect with a provider for most acute/urgent care (but non-emergency) or behavioral health medical needs.

Virtual care options may be available through your existing participating provider in addition to provider resources available through Sanford Health Plan Video Visits.

Teladoc® HEALTH for Diabetes

Teladoc Health, formerly Livongo®, is a health program that has always been known for helping people with diabetes to live happier, healthier lives. The program is offered at no cost to members with diabetes and coverage through Sanford Health Plan.

About the Patient
